Where the calls come from
The call you get
On the screen
The app explains how carrier pricing works before it ever comes up, so a request is not a surprise. If a carrier does want more, your customer sees the amount and the reason and decides. No answer never counts as a yes.
Who pays an approved increase is your rule. It is set once and fixed on the order the moment the quote is locked.
The call you get
On the screen
Every step shows the time it happened. If the pickup window passes with no inspection done, your customer gets a text the next morning saying so, before they call you.
Nothing on the screen says "on track" unless the record can say when.
The call you get
On the screen
Every update is written down before it reaches the screen, with the time it was written. Your customer can read it at 6 a.m. without calling anyone.
Where you add the GPS tracker, your customer also sees the last reported position and the time it came in.
How it works
One link, texted when you book. After that the app does the talking: every step, every photo and every time, in your customer's hand.

The record
Every state change is written to an append-only ledger before the screen updates. Entries are hash-chained. Nothing is updated or deleted.
Every photo and signature is write-once and records where it came from: captured by the driver through the link, retrieved from the dispatch system, supplied by the customer, or sent by the carrier and attached by the broker.
Only the first carries the platform's capture guarantees, and the screen says which is which.
Each broker's data is isolated at the database level, on every row, enforced in Postgres and not only in application code.
Messages
These are the only texts the platform sends, and each one names you. They go out between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time, except sign-in codes and pickup-day updates. Marketing stays in your own CRM.
